We are excited to share that we will be working alongside "Stay'n'Play", a reputable local childcare company, to offer a summer scheme tailored specifically for our community!
The scheme will run from Monday, 7th July to Friday, 15th August, with operations each weekday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Our Ballyhenry staff will manage the programme, with support and supervision provided by experienced professionals from "Play for All", ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants.
In terms of costs, there will be a weekly fee ranging from £50 to £70 per child. We understand the financial challenges some families face, which is why we are actively seeking grants to make this scheme more manageable. This cost is still significantly lower than traditional child-minding services in the area.
If the pilot scheme proves successful, we hope to forge an ongoing partnership with "Stay'n'Play" to provide continued childcare support during school holidays. We genuinely believe this initiative will greatly benefit our school families, fostering a nurturing environment while providing peace of mind for working parents. We can't wait to welcome your children to this enriching summer experience!
OPEN to all Ballyhenry Pupils including those registered to start school in September 2025 or preschoolers over the age of 3.
